Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales made on the preasenstore.com website, operated by PREASENS. Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are described with their essential characteristics on each product sheet. Photographs are for illustrative purposes. PREASENS reserves the right to modify product characteristics at any time.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (French VAT included, excluding shipping to non-EU countries). PREASENS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The customer places an order online by validating their cart and making payment. A confirmation email is sent to them. The order is only final after payment has been received.

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Klarna (3 interest-free installments). Transactions are secured by SSL encryption and processed by Shopify Payments. PREASENS does not store any banking data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery is free. Estimated delivery times: 48 to 72 hours in mainland France, 5 to 7 days in the EU. These times are indicative and PREASENS cannot be held responsible for any delays by the carrier. Risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. See our refund policy for the complete procedure.

Article 8 — Warranty

All PREASENS products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Commercial manufacturer's warranty: 24 months.

Article 9 — Liability

PREASENS cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product. The customer is required to comply with the contraindications listed on the product sheet. Results vary from one individual to another.

Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy.

Article 11 — Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the customer may free of charge refer the matter to the consumer mediator or the competent French court.
