In case of a manufacturing defect within 24 months of purchase, we will replace the device free of charge. This warranty covers internal defects, the battery, and any malfunction not related to improper use.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without having to justify your decision.
How to activate a warranty
- Contact us at support@preasenstore.com specifying your order number.
- Describe the problem (attach a photo or video if possible).
- Our technical team will respond within 24 business hours.
- If the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid label and proceed with the replacement or refund.
Keep proof of purchase — your PREASENS order confirmation is sufficient to activate all warranties. No need to keep the packaging.
