Metropolitan France
Free delivery within 48 to 72 working hours via Colissimo or Mondial Relay (choice at checkout).
European Union
Free delivery within 5 to 7 working days.
Real-time tracking
Tracking number sent by email upon shipment. You can also track your order on the dedicated page.
Returns & refunds
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order to return it without having to justify your decision.
Return procedure
- Contact us at support@preasenstore.com indicating your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label (within 24 hours).
- Drop off the package at your nearest relay point.
- Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
Return conditions
- Product in its original, unused packaging
- Hygiene respected (especially for face masks)
- All supplied accessories present (strap, charger, manual)
- Return shipping costs offered in case of defective product
